- Pan Borneo Highway (original cap RM22B → final RM20B, excluding COVID): I was on the commercial side. I saw how a mega project is structured – from pre-construction to final handover. I learned how to keep public funds safe. I bring that "big picture" discipline to your SME.
- Yayasan Sarawak IT project (9 modules): I managed the business process side of a huge ERP implementation – Financials, HRM, Assets, Procurement, BI. I am not a coder. But I know where audit trails break and how to fix processes so data doesn't leak.
- LHDN (short service): I was not a long-term auditor. But I understand how tax data is structured. Later, building large systems, I used that understanding to ensure compliance. Today, I help SMEs organise their data so LHDN audits are not terrifying.
